With a mutual passion for simple, healthy food, bestselling cookery author and entrepreneur, Roz Purcell, has partnered with well-known restauranteur Ronan Ryan to create a new tailor-made meal delivery service from his Good to Go headquarters in Dublin.
Ryan launched the online food delivery service, Good to Go, last September and its success has led to the creation of Meal Made which offers a range of weekly pre-prepared meals tailored to individual requirements, lifestyle, taste and goals and delivers straight to the home or office anywhere in Dublin.
This marks the latest innovative venture for Ryan whose passion for no-nonsense, healthy approach to food has been warmly embraced by Dublin’s healthy food enthusiasts.
Roz Purcell, author of Natural Born Feeder and Half Hour Hero, has joined forces with Ryan to create recipes for the service, all of which will be overseen by nutritionist, Sarah Keogh.
In an age where factoring in a healthy lunch or dinner sometimes just isn't going to happen, the Meal Made service at Good to Go steps in and takes the hassle away.
It’s healthy, creative and nutritious convenience food at its finest. With two easy steps, it couldn’t be simpler.
Fill in your information on GoodToGo.ie and the experts will recommend a meal plan to suit your needs and goals with a selection of over 50 delicious dishes per week which will be delivered fresh to home or work anywhere in Dublin.
Speaking about the collaboration with Roz, Ronan Ryan said : “We’ve always admired Roz's no nonsense, healthy and achievable approach to cooking and we think she's a perfect great fit with our ethos.”
Roz Purcell said: “I’ve always been a huge fan Ronan’s approach to food and I definitely have a shared philosophy when it comes to food so collaborating with Good to Go feels like a totally organic partnership. I’m on board with anything that makes healthy food convenient for busy people. We truly believe that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring and not only should it be enjoyable and satisfactory but achievable for everyone.”
And the good news is, it’s not just good for you, but good for the environment too. All delivery boxes and materials can be simply tossed into the brown bin at the end of the day. This really is healthy, delicious convenience-food eating at its finest.
